My results tell me a lot about audience consumption habits. For the younger generation music consumption seems to be digitally focused and as a result is often more social because of the interactive nature of sites such as YouTube and Spotify which are all symbiotically linked to other social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. The older generation tend to consume music in more traditional ways, buying CDs and going to gigs, but they do also use digital methods such as iTunes downloads. I will consider all of this when marketing my own artist.
